This notice describes the public website of Sound Horizon Counseling LLC. It is separate from the privacy notice and informed-consent agreements provided to clients. Visiting this site or sending an inquiry does not establish a counselor-client relationship.
Browsing this website
The site is hosted on Netlify. We have not added contact forms, advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, embedded video, or maps. Images and fonts are served locally or by your device. Hosting services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and requested pages to deliver and protect the website. This notice does not promise that the hosting provider keeps no logs. See Netlify's privacy policy (opens a new tab) for its handling of that information.
Calling or emailing
Contact links open your phone or email application. We use information you choose to send to respond to your inquiry and coordinate next steps. Ordinary email is not a secure client portal. Please limit it to scheduling or general questions; don't send medical records, detailed personal history, or sensitive health information.
The client portal
Links to our Sessions Health portal take you to a separate service for client paperwork, communication, appointments, and payments. That service has its own privacy and security practices. The public website does not collect card details, host clinical records, or embed your portal session.
Session information and AI
This website does not listen to you, record sessions, or send conversations to TalkPilot. Any use of AI during counseling is addressed separately through informed consent and the practice's privacy disclosures before capture. Do not submit clinical information through public website channels.
